Local Lib Dems have launched a new look manifesto alongside a full slate of candidates for this May's local elections to Bedford Borough Council.

On May 4th Bedford Borough residents will elect a third of borough council members.

The manifesto is packed with ideas on how Liberal Democrats would improve the borough, from getting the most for the borough in the run upto the 2012 Olympics, to safeguarding the future sustainability and well being of its residents. Specific activities include introducing more mobile CCTV units, more items recycled from the doorstep, more investment in initiatives to tackle graffiti and clean up the whole borough.
